Sit in the Driver's Seat
In this course, there are 3 Modules. The first Module takes you through the concept of being ‘At Cause’ - recognising what sitting in the driver’s seat would mean for you. The what, how and why. Through this process, you’ll learn how to spot it in yourself and others and how powerful that understanding can be.
In Module 2, you’ll learn the different types of ways we can find ourselves ‘At Effect’ i.e. the passenger along for the ride. You may have already heard, or have been impacted by things such as imposter syndrome, self-sabotage, learned helplessness and permissioning. The key is to be able to recognise these quickly so that we can do something about it.
Finally, now that you know what it means to be 'At Cause' and you know what it means to be 'At Effect', Module 3 explores how you can switch over from ‘Effect’ to ‘Cause’, with ease.
Buckle up and get ready for the journey!
