Our Co-founders

Gabrielle Patrick and Kerry Nickols of KEPAGA met on the delivery of a large scale (90k+ employee) Agile transformation within Financial Services. Gabby's role was to "make it happen". The first person she brought in was Kerry knowing that the biggest challenge with any transformation is usually a human one. We brought our skills and vast corporate experience together, rolled up our sleeves and learned lots about what it means to have a professional edge in the age of digital. 

We were then asked to write our first leadership programme for a Fortune Global 500 Company and the rest is history.
